Hubert Vaessen and his son-in-law Paul Schoemaker founded Vaessen-Schoemaker, pioneering techniques like phosphate binding—innovation that still defines the company.

The Bakery Squad was born at Vaessen-Schoemaker, perfecting dough and creating delicious sweet and savoury fillings.
